What are your Return and Exchange Policies?
If you’re happy, we’re Happy.
All Private Henley products are returnable for a full refund up to 2 weeks after the date your product has arrived at your doorstep.
After 2 weeks, if we have not been contacted, you are still eligible to return your item for store credit up to 30 days after the date your product has arrived at your doorstep. The store credit will be for the full amount of the product you purchased.
Please keep in mind, we are happy to exchange or refund any Private Henley product as long as the product is returned in time and is still in an unused condition.
